"I have worked for the company in multiple capacities with increasing responsibilities. The company has gone through a downsizing due to economic conditions and the pandemic. We no longer have warehouses on both coasts and just provide back-office, data entry & accounting services."
"360 solutions is a progressive and forward thinking company. They offer a unique business model that allows the staff to work from home. It is by far one of the most supportive and employee centered places I have ever worked. They appreciate talent and work ethic. The benefits are amazing."
"360 Solutions strives for a work-life balance, so they allow all employees to work remotely. Unfortunately, they struggle at bringing in new business and were a little too cavalier with onboarding of the couple new clients they did bring in in the past couple years. They've had to do two rounds of layoffs in one year, which is not great considering it's a small company of less than 30 people. Hopefully, they'll get their business model in order and figure out how to bring in and keep clients so they can grow."
