"I worked for Fox since 2008. We have a great company culture. Even though we're a big company, it feels smaller because of the culture. Each division has its own culture, making it unique and different. A lot of employee events at lunch including free movies, etc."

"I had worked for 20th Century Fox Studios for almost 5 years and it was great! The Food Service Department was a great department and I had been exposed to wonderful people on the lot. The lot itself is entertaining, everyone was very kind and the job was very fulfilling."

"I've worked at Fox in several business units for the last 10 years. (The company does offer many opportunities for cross-training and career advancement.) Overall, they are good people that are interested in doing a good job. Unfortunately, the senior management in several of the business units falls short on people management skills... poor communication style, inconsistent direction, absenteeism. Some training in these areas might go a long way."
