"1906 is very much in a "start-up" mindset. However, the CEO is hidden most of the time. We continuously run out of product, miss deadlines, etc and we hear nothing from our CEO. Hitting payroll is seen as a "major win" in his eyes. The company is bleeding and I feel very vulnerable to a lay off in the near future."
