What do you like about working at United States Army?

"Camaraderie and Brotherhood, learning new things all the time. Travelling and being able to see the world. Working for something bigger than myself. Knowing people depended on me and my skills."

"Make sure you're invested both heart and mind in being in the military. It's not just a job it's a lifestyle choice that will impact you for the rest of your life in both good and bad ways."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Working for leaders that had lost touch with what it's like to be lower enlisted. Dealing with silly tasks that seemed to be designed to waste our time. Leaders who abuse their power."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make promotions and admonishments less linear and difficult to obtain, if they had a more intensive and qualitative way for promoting."

"I don't like where the Army is going, at least in the intelligence field. People that are getting promoted have no business being in charge of anyone."

"Make it harder to promote, make it more based off job and actual leadership abilities, not how fast you can run your 2 mile."
