"Make sure you're invested both heart and mind in being in the military. It's not just a job it's a lifestyle choice that will impact you for the rest of your life in both good and bad ways."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Working for leaders that had lost touch with what it's like to be lower enlisted. Dealing with silly tasks that seemed to be designed to waste our time. Leaders who abuse their power."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would make promotions and admonishments less linear and difficult to obtain, if they had a more intensive and qualitative way for promoting."

"The job is good and gives you great experience. You get to meet people from all over the world and see places you might not have ever been able to see before."

"It's real easy job, be at the right place in the right uniform at the right time and stay in shape."

"I don't like where the Army is going, at least in the intelligence field. People that are getting promoted have no business being in charge of anyone."

"Make it harder to promote, make it more based off job and actual leadership abilities, not how fast you can run your 2 mile."

"The training I received from the military is irreplaceable, enlisting was the best thing I had done in my life up to then."

"Be as honest as possible because everything is recorded. Research the company you are applying for."

"The promotional opportunities are very limited and the working hours border around 80 hours per week."

"Have an active knowledge of you fellow coworkers' daily work related activities. Prevention is better than reaction."
