"brotherhood has been lost. everyone is out for themselves and it is sad."

"start caring about the soldiers. do not use grade or position for self gain."

"The overall experience is worth almost all the pain and suffering you endure."

"The red tsp sometimes was unbearable and the lack of information sharing slowed down productivity."

"Share pertinent information with subordinates as it becomes available. Specifically for superiors don't spend 3 hours a day in meetings talking about what should be done or what needs to be done, get out there and get it done."

"I enjoy the opportunity to travel, the medical and dental benefits, and the money."

"I work long hours and don't get a lot of time with my family."
