"Insurance for family, pay for housing, ability to move up fixing trauma patients."

"It's a great way to provide for your family but it means long periods away. Job oppurtunities are there but sometimes hard to get without the right help."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Being away from family for extended periods, having to suck up to try to make promotion lists."

"Provide more family support, better pay, recognize people's performance of their jobs."

"Camaraderie and Brotherhood, learning new things all the time. Travelling and being able to see the world. Working for something bigger than myself. Knowing people depended on me and my skills."

"Make sure you're invested both heart and mind in being in the military. It's not just a job it's a lifestyle choice that will impact you for the rest of your life in both good and bad ways."

What don't you like about working at United States Army?

"Working for leaders that had lost touch with what it's like to be lower enlisted. Dealing with silly tasks that seemed to be designed to waste our time. Leaders who abuse their power."

"I would make promotions and admonishments less linear and difficult to obtain, if they had a more intensive and qualitative way for promoting."
