"The variety that I had. If I did like my job I could change it to something else. Also the diversity."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't give up. Keep pursuing them. It is very hard to get into Kaiser but once you are in you are in for a long time. They are the best place to work for and you will be well taken care of by the staff there."

What don't you like about working at Kaiser Permanente?

"The lack of support that you get from management and from the union."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To back up your employees. Get down to their level and see and experience they way they do. Don't ask them to do something that you are not willing to do first yourself."
