"Outsourcing and politics. Lack of direction in upper management who would rather spend time on their own careers then the good of the company."

"When my computer system KPHC was now my contract between HRG was terminated without prior notification that temporary assignment was ending."

"To let temporary agency be notify ahead of time when temporary contract assignment is going to end."

"Be impressed to interview with the greatest healthcare company. All three in one (hospital, clinicians and insurance)."

"I love Kaiser Permanente. They were good for me and my career. Tremendous opportunities for advancement."

"None. They were VERY professional and worked as team. The trend they started that almost obliterated adversarial roles of management and staff."

"Provide enough documentation with all other support to get better understanding of the product or project. Have check point meetings every day to follow up the progress or what needs to be accomplished. I think that brings more accuracy and speed in performance."
