"I've worked with J.P Morgan Chase since 2018 in the Auto Loan Department as a Loan originator and closer working closely with applicants average of 30 to 40 closings per month."
"A good bank with less pressure on sales quotas. Employees focus more on relationship building with clients instead of trying to sell them."
"I don't see the point of writing a review to apply for a job."
"Great company to learn and build domain and technical skills"
"I am happy with my team at this point in time."
"I've worked at JPMC for about 6 to 7 months now. Coming from a background in systems engineering I was a little bit underwhelmed by my role and responsibilities. I applied for a position as a Linux Systems Engineer and was told I would instead be doing Infrastructure Support. My day to day job is helping developers troubleshoot new code deployments to the continuous delivery environment ( dev, test, qa ). Occasionally we also participate in code deployments using Jenkins. The primary responsibility of the role is to identify root causes and prevent them from occurring again. I was not feeling very challenged by this opportunity so I started writing some code to automate some of the job's toil using shell, PowerShell, and Python. This was well received by my managers and my position slowly changed into a development role. Ive been happier since my responsibilities changed, but ultimately I don't intend to stay here for very long."
"I am working in JPMC Delaware. Its a nice company , if you are not worry about personal life."
"Chase is a great company to work for. My manager is great and so is his boss. It is a great work environment. You are still in customer service, so you will have good days and bad days."
"Not appropriate to get into detail"
"Have a company dress code and not allow mangers to wear leggings didn’t make me feel I worked at a bank. Also stop writing people up for everything except banking. Getting a write up for using your PTO that was approved is the biggest waste of time and paper. Also auditing a persons drawer when they are there is banking 101. My co worker placed when she left work and when she was not there next day her drawer was audited then missing 95 dollars ya it was stolen and put on her! Yes it happened to her! Believe it or not mangers and co workers will steal n sucks it happened to the best employee that bank had n the best co worker I have ever worked with. They messed up but she’s to good at what she does n needs to work for other banks I will not name that actually on her advanced level."
"Culture varies department by department. Compensation practices are not performance based as espoused publicly. Co-workers are generally great and are what have kept me coming back each week for many years."
"They give bad performance reviews for subjective reasons. Like, they will just say you were not prepared in some meetings, or not staying late enough. Management and leadership is incompetent. They don't even do one on ones or coaching prior to the bad review. They don't care about their employees, they just willy nilly give bad performance reviews. No one should trust management or leadership here. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. The leadership need to be put into their place. I don't trust any leadership. I am a great employee, hard working, smart, and I got a bad review/warning without any prior coaching or discussion? Unacceptable. I am as good as my coworkers. They do not care about their employees at all. Job can be stressful and drama (he said she said) filled. Work hard for a poor performance review, no thank you. This place is just a prison and the employees are the slaves, and the dumbest people are put into management and leadership. Run, run fast. Low morale here."
"I worked Chase for over 20 years, most of these years I loved my job, however, things took a wrong turn somewhere and I watched all our top performers leaving the bank. Executive management was also leaving en-mass. Employees were worked long hours and the stress was unbearable for many. As a manager, most of my time was spent trying to improve morale and appreciating my teams. The bank continued to ignore staff and push harder... do more with less."
"I've worked at JPMorgan Chase since 2011. Excellent benefits and great pay. The spirit morale is very high."
"I have worked at JP Morgan for 20 years. The benefits are good. The salary is a real rip-off. All of my bonuses were taken away. The management operates in a constant crisis mode."
