"I don't like when I am feeling crushed by the internals and externals, but I have to get through it."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Keep it simple. Listen to the bottom to better the operation and satisfy the needs of the employee. The employee first as well as the customer- It's hard to keep both happy."
