"People / management are invested in your development and growth. The work style is often very flexible. You have considerable control over how to shape your career, which industries / projects to focus on."

"Long hours that sometimes eats into the weekends, the necessity of playing politics."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Minimize internal activities (other management consulting firms have a lot less) so that people can actually enjoy their free time. Create project timeline with realistic work spans so that people can actually work the hours stated."

"I have worked for Deloitte Consulting since July of 2018. There is an endless supply of fascinating and innovating work being done with plenty of room to grow. Of course, there are sacrifices such as no work-life balance, politics, and traveling every week, which is nice, but not sustainable for long periods of time. Overall, a great place to work, but be prepared for a bit of a culture shock."
