"Deloitte is a great company. The benefits are outstanding and the work life balance is great. I love my flexibility. Unfortunately, since I'm not client facing in my role they have tried really hard to keep my salary low. There is also very little upward mobility in my service area (IT). Their rating system is flawed so it's almost impossible to receive a high rating even if you've done excellent work all year. Other than these things Deloitte is great."

"Make sure you ask what projects they have going on. I asked and was told but when I signed on, everything changed. The interview process did not show their true colors!"
