"I worked at Deloitte for ten years. There seemed to be many ups and downs as far as the personnel goes. Information was silo's. the culture is business casual and there is always an opportunity to help your personal charity. The compensation and benefits are the tops. The PTO is very generous. They value your privacy and will not disturb you if you are on PTO. There were some egos to deal with from time to time but the overall experience as an "A"."

Minuses - saturated workforce and limited areas for any growth, a lot of bureaucracy and favoritism, it's not what you do, it's who you know, unnecessary meetings for the smallest of things, too much of a meeting culture, work gets dragged because of all the red tape, unrealistic goals and expectations."
