"Deloitte Tax has a great culture and allows a lot of flexibility to accommodate different life circumstances. The hours can be demanding, especially during the busy season, but tend to be more relaxed throughout the remainder of the year. Success is measured based on supervisor feedback and performance is measured by the proportion of hours spent serving clients versus hours not spent servicing clients. The company offers generous PTO and happy hours. Compared to industry jobs, the pay is somewhat on the lower end, but the company offers a lot in the way of learning new skills and other perks."
