"The age discrimination act was not recognized, it is all about the bottom line and large bonuses for management"

"The company I started working with was macromanagement, no accountibility, issues based on assumptions and gossip. Management was a merry go round, tools set were not used properly."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Since only working for NEW CEO couple of months, it is unfortunate that due to economics and drastic changes and having to get RID, FIRE, TERMINATE, LAYOFF, OF THOUSANDS OF PEOPLE WITH SENIORITY, AND DEPARTMENTS; for him to take MILLIONS of dollars at the end of the year; would have been my method."

"This is a sales-driven environment, and if you are a people person, that's a great asset, however, persuasion and confidence plays a major role, if you are trying to work with them and grow within the company."

What don't you like about working at Bank of America?

"The media has brought on a negative impact of banks and working in the banking center, I have received negative reactions from the customers. Even though I know they are personally upset with me, it's just difficult when they lash out because of actions that our corporate officials may have implemented."

"Seeking out a new way of referring products to the customers and making their retail banking center staff feel more at ease when doing their jobs."

"Lowe's is good for managers and above, but terrible for associates and specialists."

What don't you like about working at Lowe's?

"I dislike excessive management, all with conflicting concepts of duties. It is difficult to focus on primary responsibility. Slogans and visions are words on the wall, really for top tier management as tools to drive the workforce."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest less management tiers, and support associates sincerely. The pay rates reflect the company's contempt for skilled labor and take advantage of excessive (available) unemployed workers."
