"The pay is very low compared to what the company expects from you in return. Communication between managers and booksellers is a joke. Advancement opportunities are few and far between and once you are promoted to management you will never be able to have a life because the shifts are never the same."

"I would pay my employees a livable wage, stop flip-flopping on store operating policies and make sure that store management communicated."
