"Many of the recent changes have not been for the better. I think the company should try to grow the business in commercial opportunities but they are staying with Govt. only."

"See prior answer regarding commercial opportunities. We are too focused on Govt. only and missing out on many opportunities to grow elsewhere, especially in a shrinking Govt. market."

"So many people made it very difficult to become familiar with all the coworkers."

"Keep the groups at a reasonable size so that formalities go away."

"Great place to work with matching 401k. The opportunity to work on diverse projects with the DOD is wonderful. The learning is self-motivated and types of work diverse. The company focuses on replacing higher-paid technical staff with college grads and new hires to preserve the project budget. Surviving between projects can prove challenging for higher paid skillsets."

"Unfortunately, the contracts I support were no longer available and I could not secure another position while on company overhead."

"Lead by example. Embrace your staff with constant support and encourage each of them to seek training and grow within their careers and the company."
