"Upper Management treats the employee's as if they are numbers instead of people. There is little concern by the higher ups about the people that pour their blood sweat and tears into the work that they provide. BAE preaches that they are there to Help those that help us however the bottom line is, BAE is here to help them, they trade the users needs for the helping to advance the company rather than the product."

"Treat everyone equal; there's the perception that manufacturing floor support HAS to work 9 hour days and management goes about suggesting that this is the norm, but the rest of the facility barely makes 8 hours."

"It was and still is, over ran with contractors gettingpaid to much for not enough work being DONE!!"

"Please work on Management, and Management of Contractors! They are/were getting paid to much for there Lack of Work being Done. There were a very few contractors worth it"

"I loved the fast pace and the challanges. I also loved the reason I was there, for the soldiers in the Middle East."

"My tips for those interviewing for this company is to ask the questions on stability of your position. Also, when they tell you it is a 40 hour work week, dont be so sure, because my average work weeks consisted of 50+ hours, and was still told it wasnt enough. Make sure that this is what you want, because you will live there. Remember, its for the soldiers."
What don't you like about working at BAE Systems?
"It was impossible to move up the ladder if others felt threatend by you. Also, there is alot of nepotism. I lost my position due to my head boss's 10 year friend needed a job, so I got booted and I was out of work."

"My suggestion to management is to LISTEN to the employees that have the knowledge and experiance. Sometimes, having a Bachelor Degree does not always mean they know more."
