"Everything is good! it is difficult to move up."

"It was a great company to work for. They took the time to teach me many different aspects of the Human Resources department as well as different aspects of the company and the business world. I was able to create a carpool program for employees. They gave me freedom to make decisions and allowed me to develop my own spreadsheets and information databases. I would recommend this internship to any one that wants to learn."

"Lack of communication with senior management and little concern for input or feedback."

"Listen to the folks who work for you. Try to be more involved in what their jobs are like."

"This is a huge bureaucratic conservative organization that is more concerned about image than results that is slow to turn their boat around, they bully other organizations based on their reputation, if you have the drive to earn high sales commissions this is not the place."

"My boss was a man hater, she wanted women to work for her, I had to file a claim with California Department of Labor to get my final commission check."
