"It was a fast paced environment. Every call dealt with an unfamiliar setup of their network, and troubleshoot with their problems of our products."

"I would have to say I really enjoy working for the company. I would not mind working there for a few years. As where I stand, I learned a lot from the company and have opened my doors to the IT field."

What don't you like about working at ZyXEL Communications?

"The only reason why I am seeking for another job is to see if I can qualify for another job with better pay."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"What I had difficulty in was training practice with the products. It takes time to master their products, and not being able to master them in time for the customers calls causes me to feel unprepared."
