"I've worked with Zum Services since 2019. It's certainly grown the past year launching it's student transportation service in 5 different cities. The idea of student transportation is great but the follow through of the product and safety needs to be further developed. More background checks for drivers as well research of state regulations for transporting minors, because safety should always be the number one priority. As Covid recently hit, the company unfortunately had to layoff or furlough majority of its workforce. A lot of the work is now being done by a handful of remaining employees which really carries a hard burden."
