"I have worked as a Decision Analyst for 2 years at ZS Associates, which is a management consulting firm, to solve sales and marketing problems. At ZS, I worked on a combination of reporting, complex statistical analysis, customer journey analysis, sales-force sizing, data-driven experimentation, and predictive analytics projects with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Product, and R&D teams. I have worked on large multi-dimensional datasets containing information on customers, their profiles, product usage behavior, etc. My responsibilities ranged from working hands-on with the data to be the analytics lead for projects. While I was in ZS I got opportunities to coach and manage teams of 2-3 analysts to successfully deliver projects.
