Great company culture - There is a focus on transparency and communication. 2. Great People - There are many hardworking and motivated individuals working here. 3. Growing company with opportunities - Company growth is not slowing down and as long as you are looking, there are many opportunities here at Zoom. Cons 1. Compensation - Compensation is not at the top of the market. Certain segments/departments can be improved in this regard. 2. Foundations - There are many non scalable foundations that need a lot of improvements or may need to be rebuilt. Overall Zoom is a great company with amazing people to work with. There are improvements where Zoom can make, but there are more pros than cons and I'd recommend this company to work with."
