"Zone Labs is a small (~40 people), essentially family-run business. We had freedom to experiment with marketing design as we saw fit, but were somewhat limited in the technology stack. Half of my co-workers were brilliant and driven, the other half mediocre yes-men. Politics eventually overshadowed the workplace, and after the CEO (a champion of new ideas) was ousted, I and the rest of the web design team left."
