"I work for Ziva Enterprises Inc. For 2 plus years. Fastfood new builds and remodel. I'm the overall superintendent. I mainly make sure projects are completed on time. I go between 3 to 5 jobs. I'm there to give the advice to solve problems. Running single projects is much easier but with such labor shortages, I spend a lot of time putting out fires and pushing jobs at the end."
