The manager's ignorant and heartless attitude towards the driver was discouraging, leaving us feeling unappreciated and disrespected. It seemed that he had little regard for our well-being or the challenges we faced on the job. His lack of understanding and empathy caused unreasonable expectations and an overall toxic work environment. It's so frustrating being at this company that prides itself on providing car services exhibit but disregards its employees."
