Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be carefull, the bank asks for feedback, but it is used against you if its negative. when you are approaching the age of 60 make sure you have a good back up plan. When promoting its common amoung regional and senior management that they are looking for younger lower paid employees instead of older more experienced higher paid employees."

What don't you like about working at Zions Bank?

"The company first layoffs in 5 years came 2 weeks prior to christmas last year. Any the employees who got laid off all got letters from CEO and President, wishing them a Merry Christmas and Joyous New Year. As metioned there is an EVP who is a knows sex offender at the bank but all turn a blind eye. The bank has serious nepotism problems. Most of the up and comers are son's, daughters, brothers, sisters, neices and nephews."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would be honest with the employees. I would not tell employees they were the most important concern I had and then act suprised when I found out over 100+ Employess laid off. I would stand up to the EVP's if any were violating the sexual harrassment policies I would fire them. If any were creating an unconfortable work enviorment I would correct the problem."
