Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Avoid Zinio as a company until they mature. The stock unit plan is unacceptable. There is only 2% of units available to employees and the units do not vest (you lose them all if you leave no matter how long you have worked there). Given today's market, this is unacceptable."
What don't you like about working at Zinio?
"Executive team and stock unit plan was horrible. No vesting. You lose all options if you leave."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Replace CEO. Fix stock unit plan. Focus on a product roadmap that adds in actual revenue streams."
