"I've worked for Zelis since April 2018. I've been promoted twice. There are lots of opportunities to move around within the company. The dress code is casual. We get off work about two hours early every Friday. However, Zelis is a company that constantly grows and is very reactive about it instead of proactive, which results in most associates constantly feeling overworked. The company offers few incentives, if any, beyond base salary. Year over year increases tend to be menial, and upper management isn't very receptive to feedback or going the extra mile to truly show employees that their very hard work is appreciated."
