"The group of Wave Engineers I worked with were professional and hard working. However, the volume of work is insanely overwhelming. Long hours are necessary to keep up with the demand and unrealistic timelines. On boarding for new employees is non-existent. Working with other departments is difficult and there are tools to conflict negativity on coworkers. Pay is below the industry standard. Impossible numbers and uncontrollable obstacles to achieve to receive a 100% bonus. The morale of the Wave Engineering group is extremely low, due to the amount of workload. Insufficient training for new hires. Lack of processes, tools, resources and manpower. Work/life balance does not exist in this position."

"I have been at Zayo for 2 years and have mostly enjoyed my experience. I have a great boss and am allowed a lot of freedom in how and when I get my work done, which is really nice. One downside that is very noticeable is that our HQ office (located 30 miles away) definitely gets preferential treatment (e.g. free unlimited bus/rail tickets, frequent social events, etc.)."
