"I worked at Zaplabs for two years as a product manager. At first there was amazing growth and the ecosystem was healthy in that each PM had a good team incorporating engineers, designer, researcher, data analyst help, and dedicated QA specialists. Unfortunately, a change in leadership lead to the mass release of all product folk, and only keeping data and (some) engineering employees. I'd say the company is turning away from the once strong technology ethics in place and the culture has suffered."
