"I have worked for Zales for over 4 years and have seen the company grow from being on the eve of dissolve to back to profitability. Its great to be with a company that really took a hard look at itself and realized the course that needed to be taken to bring back the organization to a viable and competitive company."

"I have worked for Zale Corp for more than 4 years and have enjoyed my experience. A lot of companies are afraid to look at itself to make the necessary changes to its culture in order to ensure long term growth and prosperity, but Zales has. Improving technology, enhancing training and development and focused on building a strong succession plan."

"I’ve worked with Piercing Pagoda for a full year and have loved working there with the team. Being that commission would be given if the store met their sales goal, team members helped each other out for the success of the company. It was fun sharpening my skills with communication and collaboration."

"I have worked for Piercing pagoda for quite a number of years and I would say we are in the business of not just selling but making memories. Every piece of product that leaves the kiosk has a memory attached to it, for example it could be for a husband or a wife on their 25th anniversary! I just enjoy being able to make that impact to my Guests and Pagoda has made that possible for me to learn how to do."
