"Really smart people, very driven, and focused on Mid Core Free To Play games. Fast paced environment with few frills. Regular "Beer thirty" gatherings, free lunch on Wed and Fri. Management team pivots regularly making for uncertainty in many employees. MANY different languages / approaches in the code base. Very little inter-team communication. Poor feedback loops to employees on daily activities. Attempting to be agile, and getting it more right than wrong. Very spartan offices, very noisy."
