"I have worked for IHG for over 5 years, I love what the company stands for and what they have done with the hospitality industry. But, being placed in one of their boutique hotels was not pleasant. Corporate has their way of doing things and so does management team and they never seem to be a collective unit when it comes to the running of the hotel."

"I worked for the Z Ocean for a while now and this place has gone through so much transition in the last few years because ownership doesn't like the people who do the job they just get rid of them like toilet paper. the work environment is harsh and everyone in the office is just plain mean. Its understaffed and everyone has to work overtime or more just to be able to get by. The benefits suck"
