"Great training program, as well as people environment."

What don't you like about working at Yum! Brands?

"They only hire for a 2 yr contract with lots of hurdles to jump thru before getting hired permanently. If you don't click with the management, your on your way out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to be more flexible with employee's that are new and just getting to understand their work ethics."
