"Bottom line is all that every matters. If you do something good for the business management above you will grab the rewards (money and/or glory). If something goes wrong it will fall on you and it will be heavy and ugly."

"Senior management deception."

"Find some competent honest people. It's not always the deploma that makes a great leader. Bill Gates & Abe Lincoln are great examples."
