"Have a degree, it is the only thing they care about. You don't have to know anything as long as you have that piece of paper, will shut up and present their cookie cutter course. Don't dare go the extra mile to give your students real world experience."

"Management out right lies to employees and students. They cleared out all their instructors with real world experience to keep yesmen who can't offering anything more to their students than what the book says."
