What do you like about working at Youthville?
"Well equipped. They have dedicated room for developer meetings equipped with chalkboard, big LCD screen, laptops, we often discussed about our work and show them on the LCD. They also have conference room outside for monthly meetings with CEO, or we developers could just use it for meetings in general."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Well, if you're Caucasian, you may get a better chance to stay longer in the job. You don't need my advices."
What don't you like about working at Youthville?
"The manager often left his office dark with no sunlight, and was hiding himself in the room, not approachable."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"engage more with fellow developers. He seemed shy LOL but kinda cocky at the same time, I don't get this man."
