YourStudio Anonymous Employee

"The four horsemen return. Toxic culture, abysmal pay, stagnant growth, and chaotic leadership plague YourStudio. From the moment an individual joins YourStudio, they are immediately confronted with the suffocating atmosphere of a toxic culture, which thrives and is actively nurtured at every level within the organization. Rude behavior, gaslighting, a complete absence of respect, and pervasive micro-management run rampant, creating an environment that reeks of hostility and discontent. The pay is way below the industry average. This goes hand in hand with how people are treated. Paid three levels below where you are and treated the same. YourStudio has perfected the art of undervaluing its workforce. The absence of structure and responsibility within the company gives rise to an environment that induces tears and despair. Work becomes an exercise in dread and every day is a new red flag in a sea of bad experiences and horrific moments that one desperately wishes to erase from memory. Any semblance of ambition is crushed when individuals are assigned tasks they were performing a decade ago, eradicating any hope of advancement or progress. The company's response to discontent is callous and dismissive, often suggesting that dissatisfied employees seek employment elsewhere as if the fault lies with them for expecting better treatment. The business operations of YourStudio epitomize a haphazard and erratic approach, where every significant decision devolves into a knee-jerk reaction reminiscent of the last desperate gasp of a dying studio. The CEO's unwarranted obsession with efficiencies serves only to underscore the contempt they hold for the very individuals who diligently carry out the company's work. In summary, YourStudio epitomizes incompetence and misery, characterized by a toxic culture, pitiful remuneration, stagnant growth, and inept leadership."
