"I worked at YPIE for about one year and it was the most terrible working experience in my life, and I've worked at 4 other companies in my lifetime. The Executive Director of YPI doesn't know how to manage and somehow manages to be both a micro-manager and not a manager at all. It is a revolving door and employees leave regularly as soon as they find out how terrible the work environment is. Very sad because their mission is a good one, but when you have awful mismanagement at the top, no amount of well meaning missions can save the organization."
