"My experience for past 29 years has been surrounding the farm animal industry, animal nutrition, and, most recently, dairy food production and manufacturing. I have more than apt experience working in these fields, having founded a company in Colombia in the animal nutrition business, and having worked as a representative for the animal nutrition department of various companies many years prior, and in the las 10 year I have working in a dairy plants as a production manager. These experiences have allowed me practice and tone my communication skills in negotiation, worker interaction, marketing, and maintaining a productive and efficient labor environment. I have had hands on experience working with livestock and in the tasks needed to start a company, such as looking for investors and building up the physical workplace including machinery and circuitry. I am a very flexible individual and can adapt to changing environments with ease. I am very capable working with people and I have wide knowledge in various aspects of both the labor aspect of a company as well as the executive aspect of running it. I have strong leadership capabilities when it comes to this type of environment and consider myself a very goal-driven individual."
