"Horrible. The owner is a complete jerk and only cares about money & himself. The store looks so artsy and nice, until you REALLY know what goes on behind doors. As a team member, we are constantly being watched on the cameras that are spread out everywhere throughout the store. This is not a way to work. There are NO mistakes allowed while working here. If you make one, you will be targeted. Don't waste your time applying, even though it will be super easy to get the job because they are ALWAYS hiring. No one actually stays here, there's always new people. Doesn't that mean something?!! It's the easiest job in the world, but dealing with the owner is NOT worth the minimum wage paid. It's awkward when one yogurt is sometimes more than what you're making an hour. Just stay away. No one deserves to be treated like crap. If you liked middle school and high school drama, this is the place for you. You will be judged on who you are. No matter WHO you are. It's a shame, it really is."
