"Please don’t join Yi Zhou studio, that’s going to be worst mistake of your life. I have worked for 5 months for this company and was the worst mistake I have made in Shanghai by joining this company. They will not pay for last month and first 15 days of salary. There is no happy ending there, you quit badly or got fired in the last. You work at Yi Zhou studio as a personal assistant with fancy position name. You cannot add on your LinkedIn profile that you are working for Yi Zhou studio. At the end everyone has to get fired. There is nothing called happy ending at Yi Zhou studio. We work on the WeChat, not kidding. I was part of 74 groups when I left. You should be active on WeChat 24x7, even on weekend. You should be able to answer why she missed her flight because you have to answer, “can I know from all of you why did I missed my flight, why you didn’t remind me to leave early”. We had WeChat group called Yi follow up group. In meetings you are not allowed to ask questions! One girl got fired. You should be able to know/predict when (company owner) is upset and not to ask a questions. You have to verify all the work you do even the email you respond. You cannot send/respond any email without her prior approval. All the work file should be sent on WeChat in text format (Not even MS Word). You cannot hide/block WeChat update form from (company owner). This has been company policy since foundation. What I got when I did that. When you attend any event you cannot talk or share your business card with anyone. You should be familiar with some of most famous abusive words. You should be able to remember 52 pages company rules. First month salary you will get on 45th day. If you leave you will not get fifteen days of your salary. Company didn't pay my last 40 days salary."
