"This place is resistant to change; every idea or solution you have to a problem is met with a brick wall and an army of "no's." I have been here a while now and my ideas are always discarded because most of management have been there for 30+ years say, "that's not the way we do things here." There is also a subtle, yet blatant, racist vibe throughout the company."
