"I've worked with YES Prep since 2012. It is a very rewarding yet challenging job. Expect very long hours and a fast paced environment with a lot of expectations. Also expect a lot of turnover of staff and administration. Along with that turnover there is constant change in expectations which makes it hard to do the actual job of teaching.."
