"Don't work here. The single worst professional experience I have ever had."

What don't you like about working at Yellow Communications?

"Almost everything. Jail-like environment where no talking is allowed, no phones are allowed, no using the internet for anything other than SEO research. CEO and sales manager actually yelled at employees."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep a friendlier atmosphere, don't act like Gestapo officers looking for phones on people's desks. Don't own a business."
