"The salary was decent to live off of because of the overtime, but if you only worked 40 hours per week, it was not enough to maintain your bills with the cost of goods and services constantly rising. We were paid an average $4.00 less than our counterparts in Smyrna TN., for the same job, there was no advancement in this company, because there was nowhere to go, initially you had to have some type of advanced education, or military training to get this job, but when Yates Services took over the contract, everyone was paid the same rate, there was no compensation for years of service, the employees that were there only 6 months or less, were paid the same rate as the employees that had been there 10+ years. It is a sad case when an employee has a degree, and in some cases 2 higher level degrees, and they can not clear $1,000.00 gross straight-time per week unless you work overtime. The turnover rate for Premier Systems at one point was 303% due to the pay and the harassment the employees endured. As far as I know all of the past and present employees that worked these companies feel that they are under paid."
