What do you like about working at Yarraa?

"Yarraa is a unique service in a very fast-growing field. For my first job after my MBA, I couldn't have asked for better training in the real world of business development and marketing. I am very proud to have been a part of bringing the company into its own; but more importantly, I love the experience I've gained in client outreach, CRM, and all aspects of social media marketing. Working for a startup is risky, but there is no better opportunity to develop one's own expertise and grow with the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Be prepared to be aggressive and stick to your guns when you have an important idea that needs to be heard. That won't always be easy!"

What don't you like about working at Yarraa?

"My business partner is something of a control freak, and he is not the best listener. I have often had to fight much harder than I should have had to in order to make myself heard on some important matters."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Provide mentoring where necessary; be patient with new employees who might have more questions than you'd like to answer; trust your experienced employees to do their job without micromanagement from you."
