Yale Cordage Employee

"I've worked for Yale Cordage for two months now and I believed at first it was going to be a wonderful experience. My interview went great the supervisor, the production manger, and the boss were all very kind, but sadly it didn't last. My first day being there my supervisor turned into a very rude woman who had started yelling at me by the third day for not doing something my trainer had not yet taught me to do yet. I was expected to know how to do everything after just a few days of observing my coworkers. By my 2nd week I had watched her throw a temper tantrum and throw a clipboard across the room due to an honest mistake. I also dealt with another supervisor who knew nothing about the department I was working in. Since I've been working there the pay has been great along with plenty of things to do and hours to work, but the way all of the superiors treat their employees is down right disrespectful, cruel, and belittling."
