"Insulting atmosphere. The lead developer/owner can't even be bothered to show up before noon. This place is an over-managed mess. Compensation is obnoxiously low for the industry, work is un-rewarding, and management is sub-human."

"First, anything you see a negative review for a sales job that usually means that they were not cut out for a real sales job. They are never easy. Also saying the company only cares about number... well it is sales. But they do care about the person too. You have to be taught and not think your way is the best. I am making more now, just base salary, then ever have. I have to push hard to do it but I do and I'm rewarded for it. Freedom of working from home is great, if one of my kids has an appointment can schedule my day around that appointment. This job is only for the hard worker, not for the lazy."
